Stupid name, but great sounding compressor, I've become quite a fan of clean sounds recently and a compressor really helps to bring out the sparkle, plus add some sustain.

Really happy with how this pedal sounds, spent an hour and a half playing through it today... and doubt it will ever be turned off while it's on my board, just adds the awesome.

It does get noisy if you go over 1pm on the sustain knob, but set at 12pm and it's quiet as. The blend feature is a must for me, and the attack knob has a ton of range, A+++ would trade again.

It came with a really cool 9V battery with a picture of Mike Matthews on it, he looks a bit too much like Jimmy Savile tho'....

god that is just the worst. You just know that some fuckwit in a boardroom was grinning ear to ear and thinking "man I'm a genius for coming up with this" as he pitched the name to everyone. Whoever allowed that artwork and name to get past the first draft should be kneecapped.

I like the graphic, and the name hate is misplaced as fuck.
Corset pulls things together.
Compressors pull things together.

It all works, and there’s a certain dark prettiness to the graphic.
