NGD EB Music Man
2 hour round trip to pick up this beast after work last night. What a great feeling neck! Sounded wicked through the blokes Friedman Runt 50. Though I think I may have convinced him to get an AX8

Looks understated in the black. I like it.

I like how the wang bar is always on, they’ve allowed a space for it in the case. Will give it the obligatory new strings and a bit of a setup and she’s a keeper

That is very cool, I think the black makes the fretboard stand out more, which is cool.
They keep telling me tone is in the fingers, but I have yet to see a "look at my fingers" thread.

Whilst I LOVE the EBMM Axis (I have one) I would never call it a particularly versatile guitar. The Axis Super Sport definitely is, but in standard Axis form, the relatively high output pickups, no tone control and lack of coil tapping/switching options renders it, in my opinion, LESS versatile than the average HH guitar.
That said......the sound and playability of these things is frikken awesome!!!! I can't imagine I'll ever get rid of mine.
Looks great in black!

Fabulous guitars. Here's the one hanging round Slowy's
Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.

Re: NGD EB Music Man
I’m really digging it. Wasted a pack of 10s on it this morning though; really needs 9s. Didn’t have any around, got a pack while I was out today. It’s great to be able to tune to Eb without having to refloat the floyd.
