I picked up an 8100 head about 15 years ago from Cashies for around $200 because it looked like it had been nuked aesthetically.
Produced some of the best buzzsaw like tight distortion tones I've had. Was my home-setup go-to for a long time.

This.
Started with a VS40.
Looking back, it's all I needed.
Mate of mine has the VS100 head.
He has a VS80 as well.
I always thought it was overkill but when you stand in between them while running them in stereo, what an experience!!!
