I played one of those basses once in Musicworks New Plymouth and it was surprisingly good. Didn't plug it in (probably a good thing, no ? )thehenderson wrote:I just can't get enough of Fieldy's truly innovative use of his signature instrument

Man, Many of Vai's sigs have always been things of wonder for me, some are a little too left of centre for my liking though haha.
the swirled universe has always been a thing of wonder for me.
Here is a 2003 DNA Barritone. The whole DNA thing adds a sense of cool.
and the Jem FP... I still plan to own one of these one day.. I'll just have to accept that it has a floyd
Reb Beachs Flamed Koa Voyager was much wanted back in the day also:
Which brings mr to the Reb Beach Suhr sig that I think is damn spectacular
Comes in a few diff flavors.
Those are some of my main favs:
I could go a pgm 301 also:

I was gonna post that floral JEM as well. I don't dig it as much as I used to, but I'd still love to have one.

When I get some money one year, I'm gonna get my V-Type painted a heinous shade of hot pink. The blue just ain't hair metal enough for my tastes.
