Just been looking at some of their Les Paul 100 gear photo's. Man they really seem to have lost the plot....was the complete lack of success of the Gibson Robot guitar not enough to show them that guitarists are quite OK with tuning their own guitars? And have they not noticed the irony in the fact that 'Les Paul 100' is also the name of the cheapest bolt on neck Epiphone in the catalogue?

Gibson are so far gone these days, that I read the above spoof poster three times, trying to work out if it was a joke or not.

I should hold-out for a reissue I guess. Just thought it was a reasonable approximation but I guess that that's all it is.

Got my 50th this weekend. Could swing a Gold Top I'm sure...
