It's nothing new. It's a GK3.

Everything this guitar does can be done with a GP-10

Of course I'm super biased, but I never liked any of the Variax iterations.

The Variax tech never felt right under my fingers. I always thought the Roland V-Guitar stuff felt more natural.

I remember being sorely disappointed by the JTV's....L6 made a big deal about the tech being fully revised but it still felt meh to me.

That being said, I haven't tried the new Shuriken so maybe that one is better.

That firebird X sounds pretty good! I'd have one for $500.
Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.

Cool. It's like the guitar equivalent to a multi fx pedal that kicks everything else of a board.

One gig guitar.
