NRD
That was fast shipping 7 days Shanghai to Feilding. The new tricone resonator is here. They have really upped the internal woodwork quality, used to be the one fault with their guitars, but this is tidy as with nicely made mushroom props . And they finally have got rid of the ebony capped saddle, maple ones now.
The plating is really nice and the matte finish looks great, won't show fingerprints like the shiny ones.
Sounds bloody great, only mod will be to remove the paint from the aluminium T bridge. A very happy camper.

Yeah haven't had a brass body for a few years, just the wood body which is a different sound. I had forgotten how loud and sweet the metal ones are, this thing kicks arse.

Re: NRD
Not sure but this was shipped UPS so cleared easy and no GST charged. Seemed to go through quick, tracking showed it in Auckland this am and then delivered this afternoon.
