Do they do a men’s version?

I haven't used one but I'd imagine it would be ok for home use but I'd be worried about interference and reliability issues using it live.

Re: Cheapo Wireless transmitters
A mate of mine brought some that look the same from the Wish website. Says they work fine at home so he doesnt trip over cables etc while recording. That said, he does admit his ears arent good enough to distinguish between these and a cable.
For the money, if its something you need/want then cant hurt to try em.

It's operating in the 2.4ghz WiFi spectrum, in live use it would potentially be a nightmare interference-wise.Lyle wrote:I haven't used one but I'd imagine it would be ok for home use but I'd be worried about interference and reliability issues using it live.

I have tried a cheap one. Battery life was terrible. Distance also. Tone was ok but not Shure or Line6.
You get what you pay for.

Re: Cheapo Wireless transmitters
Grant summed it up nicely earlier, but I purchased a cheap wireless similar to this from Wish a while back. After two months it finally turned up, by which point I'd forgotten about it. Sounded horrifically dark and blunted compared to my Line 6 G10. Gave it to my bass player in one of my bands in exchange for paying for my share of jam room rental that week and it died after 2 practices, he biffed it.Bollix wrote:Anyone bought something like this pls?
