Over the last year while hunting around for one there were some great looking '17s in the USA and in Japan, maybe 3 or 4. They were in the Sunsetburst
finish and looked outstanding, also cherry which is what I was initially after however they all had bigsbys. My one is a plain jane by comparison but has pretty much the neck profile that I wanted.

I think mine was 2014, they had one piece tops and backs, later models had 2 piece backs (I think)

Tube amp and guitar tones straight from 1958… amazing how believable the sounds were back then, even without the modellers...

Touche with your one badger, just like mine.
I don't know how many were made between '13-'18(the Mike Voltz era) when Memphis closed its doors, got a question about that in with Mat Koehler at CS.
However there does seem to be a pattern in the finishes year to year from the ones I've seen.

An update.
Mat Koehler at Gibson said that as many as 5-6k 330s could have been made at the Memphis facility 2012-18, a goodly number.
Based on that the quantities of 335s etc would have been huge. I saw one '18 335 at the Rockshop in August '19................
