Wow, almost 11 years ago I got that Gretsch. Still plays great...wish I had more stuff to use it for.

Yeah, one of those things where timing has never been right to sell. In the end I gave up. I have a feeling it will still go to someone else at some stage, someone who will use it more. It is a crazy good player, which is not always the case with old Gretsch. In no rush for it to go just yet.

Yeah, I miss mine. I've been through a dbl cut Jet, a single cut 6120 and a Country Gent since but they've all had a slightly flat profile neck which ultimately missed the mark for me. I wish gretsch would make some other fatter profiles. The old dbl cut 6120's are probably the biggest roundest ones I've come across and they are far from substantial.
