Christchurch Luthier wanted.

Post by Tehhaxorr »

Well it's my birthday coming up, my parents are springing for something i want so i think i'm going to send my beloved 7 string for a day at the beauty spa/ plastic surgeon.

I'm looking for someone to do the following:

Full tune up:
Truss rod
innotation
action
set the trem up perfectly
rewire the pickups

Then depending on how much i have left over i'm thinking about a nice paint job, she's a bit beaten up and has a few scratches.

Can anyone recommend someone in the area?

Cheers, Mark.

I went to Peter Stephens in Lyttelton.

If you can track down a guy called Graham Wardrop he's worth a go as well. Great luthier as well as one of the wierdest (musically) guitarists I've heard in my life. Does his best to make very unguitar noises with his instrument.
Not a fan
