Damn, just when I'd sworn off strats. That guitar rules. Makes a nice change to see someone making a strat who's proud enough of their work to put their own logo on it

What did "Hand oiled finish" mean in that case? What kind of oil?

Danish Oil, 3 - 4 coats applied by hand on the neck

Ahh. I was hoping you'd say that...I just refinished the fret board on my '38 with 3 coats of Danish oil. I had no idea if it was a good choice for a guitar or not but it worked well on the rimu house architrave.
