I'd be all for jamming if I had a recording setup...maybe one day...

I liked the music month collaboration last year, but I think we rushed it a bit. I'd be keen to work on it again. It was fun!

Maybe if we get organised a bit quicker this year we can get a bit of a competition going! I can see an Auckland-Christchurch showdown brewing.

Would be cool to see some aspects agreed on beforehand - like same lyrics or something - and see what comes out at the end.

Then we can have a poll and see who wins!! Awesome.

Would people that live outside of Auckland or Christchurch have to travel to those towns to get involved? :P

Yes. But we might not let the unwashed ones in. At least in Auckland. We have standards.

Ok I was joking

I don't think it matters how the teams are grouped. Would be cool to get blues vs metal vs classic rock or something. That'd be hilarious!

Well, Sgt isn't here to blow me away with his grove, so I feel pretty secure

I dunno about rock metal, I was just jamming away on Still got the blues and it was going quite well. I hate being better at blues than metal

Oh, poor old sarge, has he learned his lesson yet? This place is like a 3 wheeled car without his grove.

If BG's porn-funk track isn't to your tastes, or the slots fill up (as they do in porn-funk) and you miss out, feel free to put up your own backing track in another thread to run in parallel with BG's.
