Love this backer, its an old jeff beck/rod stewart tune, this is going to hit me into overdrive territory if not more. I think theres 5 spaces but lets extend that to 7 and I'll update the backer. Interested patrons reply here :) I'll update this as per usual, if you'd rather I mix the whole track as per bendy on the other one, thats cool. I just need your whole length (oh-err) exported...
I'll grab the first spot, I meant to record it but I'm buggered after working on my dick extension all day. But I'll upload now anyway so you can get a feel for it, will record mine on monday night probs. or tues at the latest...

I'm dead keen. Spot 5?

Something that the last one highlighted- if the backing track is peaking at 0dBFS most of the solos end up clipping the mix bus. The first person should drop it back 5dB or so before adding their part- that should introduce enough headroom that all of the solos added can sit above the track without adding ugly digital clipping.

Can it be 4? We're musicians, not studio geeks!

3dB, 4dB, 5dB, 5.5dB, 6.3dB, 7.1dB... whatever as long as it allows for signals to peak higher than the backing track.

Also- once through the chord progression (approx 30seconds) or twice? My vote is for once.
