Not sure how a single hall will accommodate appreciation of a particular amp/guitar combo thru the expected pandemonium of sounds...
Especially if DM winds up the Greenstone of Doom.

That I have to hear....or feel.

I can demo the MV control to show you how it effortlessly transitions from a hear to a feel experience.

Plus if you want the room cleared, as I discovered at the last Auckland Gearfest I attended, it's rather effective.
The older I get, the more disappointed in myself I become.

I seem to recall you bringing some beer for me at the last couple of auckland fests. Its Hamilton I avoid like the plague.... I've been to 3 welly fests too... I'll pop over tomorrow and see if theres anyone around and try for something at the end of july.
So, is that low alcohol or no alcohol at all? mmmm, no alcohol, do you want to try it? Noooooooooo.

Anything apart from first weekend in July and might just happen!
Larrivee 00 Acoustic. FAV Strat for electric. Ibanez SDGR5 for bass. Push for Ableton. When not doing that, 3D CAD for tunnels...

haha... do you really want to see a daphne blue parts caster? If so I can bring one along.

Will there be Kempers(s)?

With the amount of gear that's gonna be there is it worth trying to organise(!) some blind tests? Like get a list of some of the amps that will be there, have the kemper load up their equivient profiles so we can take a listen and see how they compare?

Maybe even record them side by side and post some soundclips on the forum for comparison?

We could just send a gear list to someone with a kemper. Then we can all just turn up with beers and BBQ and ask the kemperman to demo our gear on request at a jvpp-friendly volume.

Also, awww Edwardsy, everyone knows people are much sweeter in real life. :D

Ps. Conway-y, WTF man?!
You're ruining my rep!!!

Is that what you told yourself as they held out their hands for the Private Stock?
Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.
