Re: Wellington Gearfest Poll
Nobody seemed to have a problem with my lack of deodorant at the last gearfest. I reckon deodorant is just one of those things marketing companies have convinced us we need. It was making me itch so I stopped using it. I shower every day, and I can't tell the difference. I wonder if it really even does anything.
Re: Wellington Gearfest Poll
i'll have finished uni by any of those dates, so should be sweet for any

Re: Wellington Gearfest Poll
Looks that way.
Everyone sweet with Eclipse or do we want to give STL in victoria street a try?
The parking isn't as good but as long as we help each other out with loading in it should be cool.
As a plus side of using STL I might be able to sort a stack of TC Electronics stuff to demo.

STL Audio is the old Marmalade recording studio in the same building that I work in. It also has a rehearsal space and the guy who runs it is a rep for TC Electronic among other things.

"A" rehearsal space..? How big is it, considering that we fill out two rooms at Eclipse?benderissimo wrote:It also has a rehearsal space and the guy who runs it is a rep for TC Electronic among other things.

I like Victoria St because I live around the corner and won't have to steal a car to get there.

It's bigger than one of the rooms at Eclipse. We might be able to get the whole floor if he's feeling generous- that'd be about double the space of Eclipse.

Just finding out price and availability of STL. If it's too much we'll go with Eclipse.
