Ok.

Hamo said to Ed that he'd pull out at the last minute. But he didn't. 9 months later... Hamo-ed.

Now someone make a meme.

Don't remember seeing you at the last one old fella?

I'll check the calendar. It's in the kitchen, so it'll be the next time I get up.

Past gearfests have usually been more than a few hours in length and I've found that turning up on time means I'm the only one there!

True, but I won't be able to leave Pram till after 1, probably closer to 2, and it's nearly an hour into town.

Any word on this? Still Feb 19? (which is something of a bad day -- saturday is better.)

I might be able to come, although I'll have to googlemaps cuba street and print out directions. Is that Elim, or Lawrence's kick-ass venue?

Bloody hell. What do you drive? Or is that hitching?
It takes me about an hour and half max from here and the first hour of that gets me almost to Paraparaumu, so in my car that's about 30 mins from Para to Welly.

Well at the normal speed limit it's about half an hour from Pram to tawa, and about 15 from tawa to welly, so prob more like 45 to town from Pram.
