Yeah, what PB and Ben said, pretty much all of that. Plus sometimes there's beer. We always seem to mess that one up somehow though, as I don't think I've been to one yet where the beer actually appeared.

Have booked the venue from 12.45 till 5.15.
No problems with people bringing refreshments....just have to take empties away etc.
