I'd love to see the Strat that you did the Nitro paint job on, I'm keen to see the end result and maybe pick your brain a bit for a project I've got coming up (which is coming up much faster than I had been planning to be honest.Molly wrote:Looking forward to it. Wondering what gear to bring.
In general for anyone coming I'm interested in talking about, seeing, hearing pickups etc. for HSS strats/superstrats.
I have my Marshall TS601 amp that I'll be bringing.
I have a G-System that I haven't had a chance to play with yet so this is the wrong gearfest to bring it to unless anyone wants to have a blind play with one into my or their own setup?
Guitar wise I was thinking of bringing my Ash made Donnie and probably the Zakk Wylde Epi Bullseye (EMG 81/85). Unless anyone wants me to bring the Radian SG Jnr or my homemade Mahogony RRV with SuperDistortion in bridge.

Will do, I'll give it a polish as the neck doesn't seem as slick as it should bejeremyb wrote:I'm keen to have a wang on the V John!!

Hey guys - how many of you are coming? I am wondering if we should go into the church instead (same address) as there will be more room.
Yup - that's me and my pal Steve or little stevie vai as I like to call him. In Auckland airport when I was 26. I'm not 26 anymore.
