ok, will drop by the hall tomorrow and scope it out. Any other options? I guess if we can get enough people to say yes then we could hit up Matt for the place above the RS, but we'd want the bar open eh ;) so would need enough peeps. parkings a bit shit too. as is access but hey, we're musos we lug gear upstairs its our raison date-era.
