Ok, I might try and organise one of these bunfights for denizens of Wellington and surrounding environs. Bear in mind I haven't even been to one before...

Who's keen? And when would suit you? As a random starting point, I'm going to suggest November 7th.

And any suggestions for where? Depending on numbers, I might be able to swing my band room - it is up some stairs, which isn't great for dragging gear in and out, but it is a reasonable size. And it's out in Seaview, where no one can hear you scream...

We used good time music academy last time. I probably can't make the 7th as I'm playing at a forumite's wedding on the 6th over the hill, but my gear is shit anyway

I'm a big fan of just setting a date - no arguments and people come if they can. We'll never find a date that works for all . . .

I tend to be gigging a lot of weekends, but if at all possible I'll trek over the hill to come. I'll bring a pile of acoustic stuff. and a DMM.

I like the way you roll, but while the rest of you are probably intimately familiar with it already, I want to see Polar Bear's Custom in action, so I'm going to give him one more chance. Besides, if it's a forumite's wedding on the 6th, I suspect it will preclude others for the 7th. How about the weekend after, 14th or 15th November?
