I think he's asking a question...? Hello...I'm keen to join WiFi jam. I live in country though and have fast/slow stupid signal. Can we still WiFi jam?

If we are to justify this spamalam with a serious discussion, then yes they are. As are devices that operate in licensed spectrum that cause interference (radio mics and baby monitors for example).
