as long as it is not early May i'm fine. Are there any pubs that would be an option ala the auckfest?

Doing some quick googling the Meteor theater has a rehearsal space. A three hour session would is $30+gst. http://themeteor.co.nz/use-the-space/

Wintec is available if it's during semester break.
