Is there any point in a guitar/tone hack such as myself bringing mine? If someone wants to experiment with it I'm happy to lug it along... I don't have a footswitch for it though.

Probably quite a few, not gonna bother bringing mine along unless requested. I'd rather bring my lovely red tolex Engl and hope someone has a nice cab to crank it through ;-)

I can bring the 100w 212 if nobody else is bringing one. The Katana hype may have all but died by then though...

Nope, I seriously want to hear a couple of different Katana's if possible.

2x12 and a head version would be interesting...

At this stage I may not have an amp at all by Gearfest!
My AC30 is sold heading to Auckland next week.
I'm Sure you guys will be equally as impressed if I bring a set of headphones and an Amplug as you would have been with a real amp aye?

Hello all - venue is booked. The church itself has been sold but I beleive we can still use it ... if not ... we'll cram into the sunday school hall beside it.

$5 koha is appreciated

St Johns Church - Corner of Kingrove and Chedworth Ave from 1pm til 5pmish
Yup - that's me and my pal Steve or little stevie vai as I like to call him. In Auckland airport when I was 26. I'm not 26 anymore.
