That is an amazing time capsule. I'd snap that up if I was a man of means. Yet another reason to get my lotto ticket for tomorrow haha

Look at that subtle off-white coloring. The tasteful thickness of it. Oh my God, it even has a watermark.
That movie is great in so many ways....

I have extreme lust for this guitar. I would still play it out too.

Though the book was one of the most disturbing I have ever read.

Unique, I've seen 54 Goldtops for $12k though they have the understrung trapeze and they're rough. Am I correct in assuming the wraparound on this one is a modification? Am I also correct in saying it's pretty much the only after market mod that increases the value of a LP?
This one is mint condition and has a cool amp included but is it a bargain or at the top of the current market?

I really thought that movie was awesome.. not sure on how many levels, but at least one.. primarily the awesomeness level.
it ranks lower on the unawesomeness levels though.

oh, and keeping it on topic, here's a picture of a 1915 les paul.. it has some pretty bad checking

All '54's have a wrap tail piece like this...standard issue. And the value from '52 to '54 is different as a result.

That Les Paul has some heavy wear on the top...

Les preferred the Tele to the Banjo anyday.

In spite of his age, Les slipped his Tele into a different case everyday.

Yep. Got confused. I was thinking 54 was the first model, but that's Strats.
