I have some more to follow - just testing the size.

Re: 1972 Telecaster
Original NZ case, Ashtray.
Refin by Ash, dings, cracking etc afterwards .
Neck pickup is a Seymour Duncan Antiquity (it arrived Ash).
Everything else original (aside from consumables).
FAT fat neck...huge. Rounded worn shoulders. Feels great. Resonates very well - loud, body vibrates.
Sounds are typical 70's Tele - bridge pickup is bright but lots of steely twang and usable character(after you wind back some treble on the amp). Neck pickup is as you'd expect from SD.

Re: 1972 Telecaster
that's very nice indeed
Looks like a previous owner (assuming you have just got this) use to strum over the front pick up judging by the lacquer wear/sweat staining past the 21st fret

You have a true talent for finding beautiful things, Unique, whether they're amps or guitars.

Tasteful relic'ing there, G!
Just needs some wax/dirt rubbed into the chips and dings so that they don't look so fresh.

Re: 1972 Telecaster
That's lush! The relic'ing looks very authentic. How do you get the polly to chip? Would love to see a family shot of your guitars as it seams you have quite the exquisite collection
