Hey Unique. I was planning on putting a bigsby B5 on my '61 SG reissue. Would you recomend a straight bigsby or use a Vibramate with it? Thanks Mate. Always love the Mighty Mick Taylor with his SG with bigsby than his Les pauls.

I think the Vibramates work very well. The also cover up the stop tail holes. I'd go that way. Check on the intawebs for mods that guys have done the reduce the bulk look of the plate. Some even cut a lot of the plate away. A bigsby will change the sound - lighter, more airy.
