trem with tap tempo schematic?

Anyone know of a trem with tap tempo, i've been having a look on google and can't find any good ones? Anyone built one?

no idea, but if you find it, post the results cos I'd be interested.

there's a thread over at fsb on daughter boards for tap tempo and extended times on delays, perhaps you could see if that can be applied?

Every circuit I've looked at with tap tempo uses a microcontroller.
So unless you know know your way around programming one etc it's a bit tricky.

I'm in the middle of designing a microcontroller based tap tremolo, but it's gonna take me a while longer.

I found one, they are also selling the chips pre-programmed which is awesome. I did a paper on digital electronics last semester at uni, but yeah wouldn't be able to program anything myself yet.

Molten voltage make a series of specialist chips which can be used to do tap tempo on trems or delays. Not probably for the novice but quite compact and not a microprocessor.

I still have the insides of a Cusack Tap a Whirl V2 lying around. The circuit board on mine was replaced under warrantee, I can't remember why. Something was iffy with it but I can't for the life of me remember what.

Thought Trem meant tremolo arm.
Yup - that's me and my pal Steve or little stevie vai as I like to call him. In Auckland airport when I was 26. I'm not 26 anymore.

here the one I got made from the musicpcb plans - its a phaser on the right (two knobs)
the left side is,
ratio knob - in relation to the tap switch (center)
wave form
speed
depth
warp - to mash up the wave form
and gain -
