Cheers JB, looks like if I can figure out how to hook up the transformer to the circuit you posted, all I need to do is swap out the regulators for 12 and 18v ones for those outputs, and then make a separate section for the Whammy bit, the real trick will be fitting it in the enclosure.
Also not sure how to wire up the transformer as I can't find out anything about it, I've googled all the numbers printed on it with no results, and all the writing is in Chinese

You can't get 18V in the 78xx series AFAIK, but there are other chips available, you could just chuck a multimeter on the biyang tranny, don't forget its AC! You'll need a bridge rectifier as well :)

Is there just one output from the tranny?

I think there's two different ones, one for the regular 9V stuff, and one for the 6VAC outputs used for the Biyang 'Tube Pedal'
It also has two 1A ACA outputs which are 12V I believe? I'll take a photo of the transformer
