Button transistor pinout

What is the pinout of this resistor? It's a 2n3565 from Smallbear -- I can find lots of datasheets telling me all about it's electrical characteristics, but not a sausage when it comes to what pin goes where.

Next time I order one of these I'll order a PN3565.

I seem to remember this package from Motorola Semiconductors in the early 1970s and I would agree.
If you install it with Emitter/Collector reversed it won't cause damage, just won't work.
