power supply problems

Hi not sure if this is the correct place to post but my pod xt live power supply has stopped working since i tryed it in another appliance :mental: :clap:
can anyone recommend a good place to get a repair or replacement ? maybe you know of someone with a spare lying around ? im in feilding. any help appreciated.

Maybe try Jaycar? 9V AC will be a weird one to get hold of, or talk to Ryan @ The Amp Shop, theres an outfit in auckland who do custom power supplies and they're not too pricey :)

Wouldn't bother with jaycar for anything other than a stop gap personally, 2a likely to be costly from them also.

Here are the two transformer companies I know of in akl. Lots and lots of the gear you buy in nz, have supplies from one of these guys, I know when I worked for an importer us ones were binned and locally sourced ones were thrown in the box. Both are worth a call. Or build one. 240 v can kill you but if you treat it nice it doesn't, and you could power other pedals off the same supply if you wanted. Depending on how big a box you are willing to have,

Also call the importer tho it may just be the rockshop?
