Korg Pandora polyphonic key (pitch) change tip

Korg Pandora Stomp polyphonic key (pitch) change tip.

Hi guy's, I didn't know where to post this, so here goes!

The Korg Pandora Stomp pedal has an aux input for mp3 players etc.
There is a menu choice to change the pitch of the mp3 in real time, with surprisingly good results.
Obviously this is good for practising to match the mp3 to your music especially for amateurs like me.

Sometimes at church practise the singer needed to change key (no mp3), so it was always a case of frantically scribbling transposed chords on the music sheet - very messy! What I found was that if I used an 1/8" to 1/4" adapter, I could connect my guitar to the mp3 input & change the pitch of the guitar in real time to match our singer and then sort out the chords at a later time.

I know that most of you can probably change key yourselves without resorting to methods like this, but as I said this works great for amateurs.

Rivera Clubster 45, Carvin AG100D, Ashton BSK158.

Yes!

Sounds very good.
You can't change pitch while you are playing but for the occasional use it is much cheaper than the specialised pedals that are on the market.
