Mass Hysteria - but only in the West though...

That guy also build this one, in name a 5E3 but so many changes that it hardly qualifies. Looks like another option?

Any schematics we can decide on?

I have spoken to one of our suppliers (in NZ) and they can manufacture the chassis for us. Ie, folding aluminium or steel chassis and punching the holes in it.
When faced with quality, I recognise it every time.
