Wanted: Nicely figured veneer.

Post by Slowy »

The Optimus Prime amp wets my panties every time I play it so I want to give it a deserving classier look. Thinking of Flame Maple or other nicely figured timber veneer.
It would need to be 540 x 200 in size.
I know it's not something folks have lying around. I'm keeping an eye on Tardme but if you have any ideas where to look, I'm all ears.

Think I'm going to miss Tronfest. Getting nervous about all the work I still need to do for my stand in gigs.

Slowy, please for the love of all things tasteful, don't put figured wood on that amp. You're better than that.

Ply and grill cloth or tolex would be my pick. Maybe an old car badge for good measure
