As most of you know, the VK212 I had (and quite liked) sorta... Stopped working.

I'd had enough of that, so I pulled its guts out, threw it on the tard, and voila someone's bid already.



I pissed around with the drill for a while. There are enough fuckin screws in these things lol.
After willow put the idea in my head, I'd come up with this.



Maori'd a hori ass baffle on the back - gotta be good for something - and now I have a real good 2*12 cab.



Here we are, all done. 3*12 is actually really cool!



So that's that. I've since gone over the bare plywood with black shoe polish (lol, worked) to blend it in more. I'm sure someone will pay money for it later if things get really tight too, so I haven't cut all my losses on the amp just yet.

Bit of aluminium for the front might look the part.

8 as per the amp.
Well ok, it says “minimum load 8O”, and the cab is 8, so that’s that. Being solid state I don’t think it’ll care.

It'll care when the load is less than 4ohm... But I guess the speaker in the combo is 8ohm then when you parallel that with an 8ohm ext. cab that gives you 4ohm.

I’m not doing anything immense with it either so I expect it’ll be fine.
No unusual temperatures etc, sounds good.
