Re: TR Bloomfield/crs3
So thinking of proceeding with the first layout since it's away from the TR image but more between a D-amp and the TR. Power switch/standby switch behind the amp. but can't help but think about the TR style layout with the standby switch on the front panel and the reverb send to the back. What are your thoughts on these? Don't want the power switch to be close to the knobs.

Re: TR Bloomfield/crs3
As soon as the parts arrive, usually last about 1-1.5weeks including the chassis processing I don't have much time during the week. Just weekends. Cabinet would take about 2-3 days if I have all the materials.

Re: TR Bloomfield/crs3
Seems there will be a delay with the delivery. I will build the cabinets for the Twreck clone and the Bloomfield first. Already ordered a large board (NZ pine) so will pick them up tonight and cut them to the right size. I'm thinking Twreck will be in green suede/tan grille and the bloom will be in black suede/vox grille

Well jokes on me. The rest arrived. if everything goes smoothly, Should have it done somewhere between the 6th and 10th assuming there are no problems at the start up.

Won't be doing any soldering until this weekend. Here's the progress on the cabinet so far. Hopefully I can add the frames this Wednesday. Ran out of glue haha

Re: TR Bloomfield/crs3
Had time this weekend since it's the long holiday in Japan.. probably a new record. Will put it in the cabinet tonight or tomorrow. Probably my current fav. OD is raw and the cleans of the JM amp. Uses 1 tube for reverb and 1 for recovery. Reverb sounds pristine! Had some assistance via chat from AmpGuy from Canada.
