I'm done with this now, fellas....

I found that when I cut it back for the final polish that I liked the semi gloss finish, so that's where I'm at ....

The control cavity; I went mad and shielded everything I could.. all I had to replace was the 3 way switch and once everything was wired up, the old girl sparked up and made all the right noises; everything works as it should.... win!

Now I wait for the neck to settle down as it probably hasn't been strung for years.....

So now I have a pair of pointy delights....

Nice job! Must admit I wasn't sure about the paint colour when you did the earlier posts but it's come out looking really good.
