Thanks guys for the complements. As for how I'm going to do the contours, rasp it is. My last build I routed part of it out first, but I don't think it was much help time wise, probably easier to do it that way, but I don't think I will do it this time. It would also be easier on tools to rout part of it out first, but I just have a cheap Wearhouse rasp that will go blunt fast anyway haha.

The LED's I used on the router were out of a light that I had that broke. There is just two of them on a little circuit wired in parallel I think, with a 9V(most likely nearly flat) battery soldered directly on to them. I'm not sure of the power rating of the LED's though. I'm sure you could just get some from Jaycar and wire them up, they will probably need a resistor on them with a full 9volt battery though.
