Supposed to be bottling 60 liters of home made( from scratch not kit!) oyster stout today also.
My buddy from Canada (another gas man from work) is a great Brewer and he and I put this one down a couple of weeks back. He crash cooled it a few days back once fermentation was complete so now is the hours.
