Recall my Mrs telling her mate it must be true love the day after she'd had to carefully draw around every spanner with a Sharpie. :-)

I don't have a motorbike anymore so hardly ever need to spanners and sockets. Yesterday I got chatting with a bloke in the queue for a WoF who had arrived on his Harley. Turned out I'd taught his kids. Mentioned it to the Mrs and she said I should get another one. Won't happen but it was a nice idea.

Lovely indoors you have! I suppose for one Harley you can have 10 LP's or something?

About $15,000 would do it second-hand. Naaaa. I made a decision to leave it until the kids are older and I'll stick to that.

I took some pics of the hellish interior of my shed yesterday but see this in the guitar building domain. I haven't worked on a guitar for a long time. Still want to see?

My workshop is a disgrace. Magic occurs in there but it looks like a chaotic mix of a practise space, garden centre, woodworking shop, vet and liquor store.

Got new image hoster. Thar she blows

Surgical table of dirt & steel, Tele was built here... and a 1987 style marshall chassis

I've had an entire auto transmission spread out in bits on that bench. lots of motorbike engines and general R&D/assembly of amps and guitars. I prefer working on the guitars in the house these days.
Note my airbrush work on the fridge :)

had this toolbox for 36 years

It's my shed of dreams, I often open the door and sigh...close the door & walk away.
