I do full dives on my malmsteen strat and it stays perfectly in tune and that doesn't even have locking tuners... its all in the set up :mrgreen:

I could be interested, but not sure if it would fit in the fender neck pocket? And how much are we talkin? ;)

After sleeping on it I'm not sure I want to splash out for a Warmoth/Musikraft for this particular project. The whole idea was to turn a basher into a shredder on the cheap.

they might need a touch of fretwork because generally when they clear the necks they do it with the frets on.
I hate that. I had an Allparts strat neck that then got a clear coat over the frets. Took me ages to get the shit off the frets. Pain in the butt.

I love my Warmoth asymmetric strat neck. The best I've had. Better than Stewmac.
