So have you gott-en any sleep?
Plenty, got 5 1/2 hours of it yesterday morning and feels like I've done nothing since except eat grapes
So, is that low alcohol or no alcohol at all? mmmm, no alcohol, do you want to try it? Noooooooooo.

Seriously interested by this idea, especially with being able to wind the different coils to different numbers of turns and gauges, could be quite interesting!

I hope to do a frequency sweep shortly to calculate each coil's inductance and where the resonance peaks are. They sound quite bright while also having some nice bottom... end...

This would be so easy to draw up in a program like eagle, to spit out suitable files for a fabbing house, if I wasn't so short on spare time I'd offer to do it for you. Let us know when you run out of your boards if you want it done...school holidays are good for me.

Two weeks gone by with so little progress... Cutting slivers of ebony veneer for the pick up housing. I am struggling with the height adjustment part of the pickup project :(

I'll keep on telling me - it's all worth it, keep on going...

It's all worth it Jean, keep on going!!!!!!
Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.

Put toothpaste on the pole pieces then stick the cover on. Toothpaste will stick where the poles were and then you know just where to drill holes :D

Yes, definitely keep going!

I realisethat these are going into your hanbuilt guitar, so you're going to all of the extra effort with the timber surrounds etc. the rest of the guitar is really special, so the extra effort is well worth it.
