Most excellent sir!
I climbed on the back of a giant albatross which flew through a crack in the cloud to a place where happiness reigned all year round and music played ever so loudly

Re: Tele 1 complete...
yeah ideally I wouldn't have gaps either but I am doing something a bit different that involves something similar to a jigsaw puzzle in a couple of places on the body...sadly my jigsaw cuts on an angle (the base has a twist) so I have ended up with gaps every whereBg wrote:I don't make gaps mate.....willow13 wrote:what glue to sawdust ratio do you use for filling in? I need to fill a couple of big gaps on my current build and am wanting to do a stain finish so need to have enough dust to be able to sand it to look natural
Only way is to try it out on scrap. It worked on this one in places and not in others

The rosewood neck I'm doing is solid aluminium, I think brass tubing would be cool too

When faced with quality, I recognise it every time.
