Bigsby with a humbucker tele question

Post by jeremyb »

Thinking of maybe making another body for my telemaster, back to a normal tele body, but routed for two humbuckers and with a bigsby, what bridge should I use? I have a gotoh hardtail one currently and realise that won't be suitable, so what should I have? was wondering about a roller tune-o-matic style but wouldn't I need to angle the neck back? H E L P ! ! !

Just chop down a Tele 3 saddle bridge. Get one and i'll chop it for you + do the rebates next to the screws for the strings to pass through.

It has to be black, but I guess if I find one I can get it powdercoated

Something like this would do eh with the top loading string holes?

I'll have to find it, but there is a tele style bridge pkate with a mustang bridge in it. From memory, it looked really cool.
