Re: 8 Man blues Jam
If you want to run the metal one, I'll bang up a blues one - I have a shed load
We used to do this a few years ago but interest tailed off, we had challenges as well but everyone gave up because I won them all..... well, some of them anyway

So, is that low alcohol or no alcohol at all? mmmm, no alcohol, do you want to try it? Noooooooooo.

Oh you poor misguided fool, the amount of people who have thought that I was going to be a pushover If its a battle you want I think we should start with something simple, like Hotel California.... or Stairway to Heaven. No even better - Comfortably Numb.dayl wrote:I'll battle youBG wrote:

Real Metal is in Em. I bet you thought the m stands for 'Minor', but we all secretly know it stands for metal!

How about 'smells like teen spirit' ? I have that solo locked down or 12bar blues in Em.BG wrote: Oh you poor misguided fool, the amount of people who have thought that I was going to be a pushover If its a battle you want I think we should start with something simple, like Hotel California.... or Stairway to Heaven. keen on doing the Metal one
Hurdy Gurdy.... some how... and I'm not entirely certain how mind you, an instrument that sounds like someone has shoved a nest of angry hornets into a goose with a kazoo bill and is randomly slapping the poor creature with an accordion.... Sounds amazing.

Re: 8 Man blues Jam
Well here's my breakdown now that Ive had a few listens:
Zaulkin - 00:20 - 00:33, kicked some ass and just ripped it up!
dc - I actually liked the vibrato on some of the bends and the section at the end around 01:16 onwards, nice little run!
BG - Sounds like this track was just made for you, felt right at home.
crowbgood1 - Killer tone, and i liked the little pitter-patter at around 2:25, but yea, that was a nice as clean tonage!
dayl - I hoped I lined it up correctly, I really liked the jazzy kind of tone, especially the runs complimenting the keys, I did not expect that and was pleasantly suprised! Some seriously cool chops!
rob - Slow down son, take a deep breathe and relax lol
CK - Probably my fave as it took me by suprise, unusual approach which worked and sounded unique.
BG - 5:01 - 5:06 Some serious kickassness!
Thanks all for participating I will add one tonight. Maybe a Gary Moore track then next week ill look at the metal one.
