That video just reminded me of my first house party gig, which was ironically filmed in a style not to different to what I just watched. Aside from the fact I had walls of distortion trying to 'improve' a cover of "Buddy Holly", complete with moshers. Must find that.
Some Bozo wrote:dogs represent the qualities we like to see in a friend, and cats represent the qualites we'd like to be able to get away with in ourselves
Tim recorded us playing live at SanFran in Wellington, close micing everything. I reckon it came out sounding pretty good, some dodgey vocals but the way it sounds is great. Has anyone else tried doing multichannel recordings of live shows? It's so easy now to make a good looking and sounding live recorded video
Thanks heaps guys. Been working on this album a lot over the last couple of months. We're recording all the instrumental parts live together in a room, it's great to be able to be a bit flexible with the tempos and feels, quite a different feel to multitracking it all. Lots more practice too
Fark. That's really bloody impressive eh. They're both very catchy tunes and I enjoyed them thoroughly. Great music vid and tight live performance too.
