Budget?
Larrivee 00 Acoustic. FAV Strat for electric. Ibanez SDGR5 for bass. Push for Ableton. When not doing that, 3D CAD for tunnels...

I have a similar thing to BG but mine are the ATHM50 I think. Great headphones, comfy, sound killer.

I've got a pair of the Shure 440s, I'm no expert but they sound great to me.
Loving it so far

I have some of these barely used and still in their box:

Could do a very good deal on them. I only used them a couple of times but they didn't suit an important purpose for me - I travel a lot and need good noise cancellers for long distance flights and the shape of these were too uncomfortable to sleep while wearing them (unlikely to be your concern). So I bought some sennheisers instead.

My reply didn't go through earlier. But I'd say DT770s, Shure 425 or 540s, anything by 64Ears or most decent Sennheiser stuff.
