Recap done
Had left over caps from the space echo
If I can get it back together I’ll test later
Having dirty thoughts about painting the enclosure metallic red tho
Candy Apple Red finish on that would look totes amazeballs!
So there are options for this I’ve found. I think a silver metallic then the candy apple red top coat. All in rattle cans
Fairly fun idea
May be a thing that happens

Very nice machine, I was after one of these before I picked up my Roland RD64. Still wouldn't mind the upgrade to 88 keys one day.
Have to admit playing with keys and guitar makes you feel like a bit of a drummer at load in... so many bits!
Yes I do have this concern
I was actually thinking the 73 would have Ben plenty for me
Still at least I have some spare keys and parts at each end of the piano if something breaks !

What candy apple red rattle can have you found? Where from?

So there is poor output right across the thing on the right side. HEadphone, line out and xlr.
The germans seem to point out:
"The signal comes in on the left via C49/C51 (short arrows) Behind IC3A / 4A (vertical rectangular marking) is the common source point for all outputs including headphones. If the problem occurs equally on all outputs, C49/51 are broken"
I think ill replace the 47uF caps thru that section.

Have you tried voltage test somewhere of R side and same with L side. Generally old electro keys seem to suffer from bad connections first.
I can try this but I wouldnt know where to start !
Checked the service manual, C78 is a 1000uF electrolytic but its on the circuit with the valve not the same schematic as shown by the OP... hmmm... looking for C79... might be worth replacing all the electrolytics on the boards...

That's the problem; everything rewarding is just such hard work. Regret takes much less effort.

Yeh im wondering....
But the germans had a good coment about the source of the signal split. Other caps are at their respective outs (line/xlr/headphones) and if they are all kaput then it would stand to reason that the central theory works
Having said that I dont have the right caps and im wondering if for the sake of low hassle I jsut do the whole board while I have it out
