Demo of Mike's Sixty-One SRT Amplifier
Borrowed Mike C's Sixty One SRT for demoing purposes. Thanks heaps Mike - this was such a fun amp to play.

Been waiting for this! Thanks! I do get a feeling this won't help my GAS one tiny bit...

I really like the tone of the bridge pickup on your P90 guitar. I'm getting P90 gas...

Well, you wont believe you can get one for $299 new delivered from Artist.
I changed the pickups on mine, but the stock ones weren't bad.

Nice one Nik, would love to hear it with a strat!

I'm interested in that too, blackstratblues is going to review it next so we will get some of that from him. I usually play a Strat into it but that P90 bridge on Zaulkin's guitar sounded great to me. And I particularly liked his LP's neck pickup too.

How are you recording the amp? Do you have a load box or some such?

Does sound rather tasty, would love to hear it with a decent boost/OD pedal in front of it and some more aggressive humbuckers.
The older I get, the more disappointed in myself I become.

Re: Demo of Mike's Sixty-One SRT Amplifier
Yeah - I used a Suhr Reactive Load IR. That meant I could turn the amp up without breaking windows.
