Ok kids . Best iPad amp modeling / effects app

Post by StrummersOfThunder »

So I settled on a presonus iOne interface and some nifty sennheiser momentum 2.0 headphones.
For those who don't know (or care ) I'm in hiding in Australia without an electric guitar or an amp for the moment.
The guitar I'm about to receive is a custom build by harvester guitars in Melbourne. That will be an thread in itself.
But for the mean time I want to use my iPad and phones for practicing, composing and noodling.
I of course have garage band, but would happily spring for a better app if there is one.
Wish list would be good clean , vintage sounds and good verbs ...particularly spring. No high gain nonsense or fart sounds.
Thanks

I've mucked around with the bias products and the amplitube ones. they both really cool and fun. There's another piece of software that you can buy that lets you input one program, process with another, and then output into a third program. Very cool! I can't remember the name, but when my daughter gets home from school with my ipad, I'll grab the name of it.

I decided on tone stack based on the spring reverb options and the ease of use. $15 seems a good price for all those amps and pedals.
